Business Terms and Conditions

1. Platform Purpose

HBC serves exclusively as a digital marketplace and connection platform for Hindu businesses and service providers to connect with potential customers ("Users") who are in need of such services or products. HBC's role is strictly limited to facilitating this initial connection.

2. Licensing and Permissions

You are solely responsible for procuring and maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, registrations, and approvals required by any governmental or regulatory authority to conduct your business and provide your services. All costs associated with obtaining and maintaining these licenses shall be borne exclusively by You. HBC holds no responsibility for your compliance with such regulatory requirements.

3. Content and Representations

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all content, information, descriptions, images, and representations you provide on your HBC profile and in any communications through the platform. You warrant that all such content will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to conduct your business and interactions on HBC with integrity, professionalism, and respect. You will not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or the spirit of the HBC community.

5. Independent Business Dealings

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that HBC is in no way involved in, responsible for, or liable for any business dealings, transactions, agreements, or disputes that may arise between you and any User connected through the platform. All commercial arrangements, including but not limited to pricing, service delivery, product quality, payment terms, and dispute resolution, are solely between you and the User. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with your business interactions on or off the HBC platform.

6. Taxation and Compliance

You are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), income tax, and any other central, state, or local taxes, duties, or levies, to the appropriate government authorities in accordance with prevailing laws. HBC will not be responsible for any tax liabilities arising from your business activities. You further agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to your business or service provision.

7. Membership Fees and Refunds

Membership fees paid by you to HBC for access to and utilization of the platform are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of your membership, termination of your account, or any changes in your business operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the HBC platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the HBC platform.
• Any content obtained from the HBC platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HBC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• Your business dealings or interactions with any User connected through the HBC platform.

10. Modification of Terms

HBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [Number] days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the HBC platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HBC regarding your use of the platform as a business or service provider, superseding any prior agreements between you and HBC.

14. Account Termination

HBC reserves the sole and absolute right to remove or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or for business operational reasons. HBC shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such termination.
