The Platform is owned, managed, and operated by SanSra Integrated Business Systems India Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and other applicable Indian laws.

By accessing or using the Platform, you signify your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use or access our Platform.

2Definitions

2.1. Consent

Name, date of birth, gender, username, profile picture, and business details such as business name, industry, designation, and years of experience.

3.2. Contact Information

Email address, mobile number, billing address, and business address.

3.3. Verification Information

Government-issued identification (such as Aadhar, PAN card, Passport) and Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) for the purpose of identity and business verification.

3.4. Financial Information

Details related to your chosen membership plan. Please note: We do not store your full credit card, debit card, or net banking details. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

3.5. Technical Information

IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, and login data.

3.6. Usage Information

Data about how you use the Platform, including the profiles you view, the connections you make, the content you post, and your interaction with other users and features.

3.7. Communications

Records of any correspondence and communication between you and us, or between you and other users through the Platform's messaging features.

4How We Use Your Information (Purpose of Processing)

We process your Personal Data for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To create, maintain, and manage your user account and profile on the Platform.
  • To facilitate networking, connections, and communication between you and other users.
  • To enable the discovery of business leads and opportunities as per the core offering of the Platform.
  • To verify your identity and the legitimacy of your business.
  • To process membership subscriptions and manage billing.
  • To communicate with you regarding service updates, transactional messages, promotional offers, and newsletters, subject to your consent where required.

Right to Nominate

You have the right to nominate any other individual who, in the event of your death or incapacity, shall exercise your rights.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of this Policy.

11Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Policy.

Membership Fees and Non-Refundable Policy

This Membership Fees and Non-Refundable Policy is a part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Membership Fees

Access to premium features of the HINDU Business Community Platform requires a paid membership ("Membership"). The fees for various Membership plans ("Membership Fees") are listed on our Platform and are subject to change. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Acknowledgement of Policy

By selecting a Membership plan and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Non-Refundable Policy.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All Membership Fees paid to SanSra Integrated Business Systems India Pvt. Ltd. for access to the HINDU Business Community Platform are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • No Refunds for Non-Use or Partial Use: Once a payment is made, there will be no refunds or credits issued for any reason, including but not limited to, your non-use of the service, partial months of service, or dissatisfaction with the Platform.
  • Immediate Access to Value: This policy is based on the fact that upon payment, you receive immediate access to our proprietary network, business contacts, leads, and other digital resources. This access constitutes the full value of the service rendered, which cannot be returned.
  • Cancellation: You are responsible for cancelling your Membership if you do not wish to be charged for future billing cycles. You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund of any previously paid Membership Fees.

4. Billing Disputes

For any billing discrepancies, please contact our support team at 96181-93027 within seven (7) days of the charge. We will review the matter, but this does not imply that a refund will be issued.
